A full or partial rewire is one of the biggest electrical decisions a Belfast homeowner or landlord makes. Evolv has rewired properties across BT-postcodes from terrace homes in East Belfast to multi-unit commercial fit-outs at Portview Trade Centre. Every one finished to BS 7671, tested, and handed back tidy.

Quick answers
How long does it take to rewire a 3-bed house in Belfast?
A standard 3-bedroom rewire usually runs 5–7 working days, including first fix, plaster patching coordination, second fix, and test/cert. Occupied properties can be done room-by-room over two weeks.
Do I need to move out while you rewire?
Most clients stay in the property. We work circuit-by-circuit, so power is only off in the area we're touching. If the kitchen circuit is being rewired we'll usually agree a half-day window with you.
Will a rewire damage decoration?
Walls need to be chased for new cables and back-boxes. We minimise it, leave it ready for skim plastering, but expect to redecorate the rooms we work in. Some clients combine a rewire with a planned renovation for this reason.
